C4 and Kobar. Fuchikoma-x is my hero, thank you for making our week. [News] Viewtiful Joe for PS2. GBA SP down to $79.99. World of Warcraft Stress Test Beta for one week. Break out your wallet, bust your penny jar, check your couch, Phantom Brave is out (MSRP$50) AND Street Fighter Anniversary Edition is out (and kicks ass!) for PS2 (MSRP$30). EverQuest 2 pre-orders in the hizzy. Not to mention, Star Ocean Till the End of Time for the PS2 (MSRP$50) is out also. All that goodness on the same day! Monster game list - the "before the end of the year" list. Highlights from the PS2 list include : Burnout 3, Silent Hill 4, Sly Cooper 2, Star Wars : Battlefront (henceforth SWBF), Mortal Kombat Deception, Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, Metal Gear Solid 3 : Snake Eater, Gran Turismo 4, Need For Speed Underground 2. Clearly, the end of the year for PlayStation 2 will be a great time to be a PS2 owner. Xbox creeps up to the plate with the notables being Fable, Halo 2, and SWBF. A few Xbox games to look forward to hopefully soon are Conker : Live and Reloaded, Jade Empire, and Kameo. PC games get to look forward to Warhammer 40,000 : Dawn of War, SWBF, Half-Life 2, World of Warcraft, EverQuest II, and Star Wars : Knights of the Old Republic among many others. GameCube players can celebrate the coming of the new year with titles such as Donkey Konga, Paper mario : The Thousand Year Door, Metroid Prime 2 : Echoes, Baten Kaitos : Eternal Wings, Viewtiful Joe 2, NFSU2, Prince of Persia : Warrior Within, and (hopefully it lives up to it's name) GoldenEye : Rogue Agent to name a few. GameBoy Advance players have some heavy decisions to make as to where to spend their heard earned cash. A huge list of games coming up, some of the notables are new NES Classic series games, including Zelda 2, metroid, and Castlevania, a Mega Man Anniversary cart, Final Fantasy I & II : Dawn of Souls, and Kingdom Hearts : Chain of Memories 9the GBA list is by far the largest, however, the quality of the majority of the games is questionable). We know this is only a partial list (well, likely all the GBA and GCN games), but it's a good look at the good things to come! [Movies] Godsend (movie spoiler - but it sucked anyway). The Girl Next Door. The Triplets of Bellview (Les Triplettes de Belleville). The Passion of the Christ. Closing track from OCRemix.org is from Castlevania 'MidnightSlayer (Solemn)' by mp.

C4, Kobar, and Ode. Uberepisode 50. Instead of news and reviews and the usual jokes, this week focuses on the games that made us what we are today. Games that completely changed our lives, for better or worse. The idea came from a thread in the forum titled "Life Altering Games" (thank you john_k). Sit back, relax and listen to tales of gaming that include forgetting how to sleep, years of "real life" lost, premonition, broken hardware, and that fateful moment in every gamers life when they realize games are more important than everything else. Covering games from Kung Fu, Pong, and Mrs.Pac-Man all the way to todays MMORPG's. We hope you enjoy our stories. Closing music is "Quake Master" by MC Hawking.
